1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any service offered through the cbje platform at cbje.app, you enter into a legally binding agreement with cbje and unconditionally accept all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cbje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral. cbje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect upon publication at cbje.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. cbje will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification, but such notification is provided as a courtesy and does not alter your obligation to review the current Terms.

2. Age & Eligibility Requirements

cbje is strictly a platform for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any content, place any bet, or participate in any promotional offer on the cbje platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activity under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.1 Age Verification

cbje reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age at any time, including but not limited to:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID
• Any other government-issued document confirming date of birth

Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, cbje may suspend your account, restrict deposit and withdrawal functionality, or withhold any pending withdrawals. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and any account balance will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Jurisdiction Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the cbje platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your place of residence. cbje does not represent or warrant that access to its platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full cbje platform, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration details at all times and to notify cbje promptly if any information changes.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the cbje platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact cbje support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, a valid email address, an accurate date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh payment method (such as a bKash or Nagad number registered in your name) during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cbje login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Do not access your cbje account from shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account fully after each session on a shared device.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

cbje will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from cbje and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

cbje applies KYC verification procedures to all accounts. You may be required to provide identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players; verified accounts benefit from faster withdrawal processing times. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion of verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cbje platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cbje does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies without prior arrangement. Exchange rate risk is the player's sole responsibility where any currency conversion occurs at the payment provider level.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cbje currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) transfer

• BRAC Bank transfer
• Visa debit/credit card

cbje reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment methods via in-platform notification.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit under standard account settings, though cbje may apply individual account limits based on risk management or responsible gaming considerations. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the cbje BDT wallet within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by cbje support.
3. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-related portion of your balance can be withdrawn.
4. cbje reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
5. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for verified accounts are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (10:00am–11:00pm BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cbje may apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts reduced to a zero balance following dormancy fees will be deactivated. Players may reactivate their account at any time by contacting support.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cbje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on every cbje promotion page and are never hidden in fine print. Players are strongly encouraged to read and understand the wagering requirement of any bonus before accepting it.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are generally available to one account per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Where cbje determines that a player or group of players is abusing bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus conditions, or the use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk — cbje reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

5.3 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and free spins expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Upon expiry, any unused bonus balance and any winnings generated from that bonus will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the cbje platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or betting market in question, as published in the relevant game information or betting market rules section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports available on the cbje platform — are governed by the specific market rules published for each event. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket) is final. cbje reserves the right to void bets where a demonstrable pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of an event is called into question.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on the cbje platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by previous game results, bet sizes, player behaviour, or any other external factor. In the event of a technical fault during a game round that prevents normal completion, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and betting market. Limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market prior to placing a bet. cbje reserves the right to adjust bet limits on an account-by-account basis for risk management purposes, with or without prior notice.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software error, system malfunction, or human error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations, cbje reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. cbje is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of relying on incorrect information displayed due to a technical error. Players who become aware of an error or malfunction are obliged to report it to support immediately and must not continue to exploit the error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cbje platform. Violation of any of the provisions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and in serious cases, permanent closure with forfeiture of balances.

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to charge back legitimate deposits after receiving services or withdrawing funds.
• Impersonating another player, cbje staff member, or any other individual.

7.2 Collusion and Match Fixing

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Placing bets on sporting events in which you have insider knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Communicating with other players at a live casino table in a manner designed to gain a collective advantage.

7.3 Automated Betting and Exploitation

• Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using VPN services or proxy servers to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms through coordinated multi-account play or low-variance arbitrage strategies designed solely to extract bonus value.

7.4 Money Laundering

The cbje platform must not be used for money laundering or any activity connected with the proceeds of criminal conduct. cbje applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures including transaction monitoring and enhanced due diligence on high-value accounts. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering activity will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities. Balances in such accounts will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

You may close your cbje account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cbje will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests in accordance with Section 4.3 before deactivating the account. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including a feeling that gambling is becoming a problem — cbje strongly encourages you to consider self-exclusion (see the Responsible Gaming page) rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides stronger protective measures.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by cbje

cbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Account activity that cbje determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory direction requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• Underage gambling — confirmed or reasonably suspected.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cbje may withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If investigation concludes that the player was not in breach, withheld funds will be returned promptly. If a breach is confirmed, withheld funds may be forfeited in whole or in part, proportionate to the nature of the breach.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all active bonuses, pending free spins, and unredeemed promotional rewards are immediately cancelled with no entitlement to compensation. cbje retains the right to retain account data for a period of up to 7 years following closure for legal, regulatory, and anti-fraud purposes, in accordance with the cbje Privacy Policy.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and cbje, you are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. cbje is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. All dispute resolution communications should be conducted in English.
